K-2 Easter Hat Parade

Our K–2 students lit up the school grounds with creativity and excitement at this year’s Easter Hat Parade! Wearing a wonderful array of handmade hats, the students proudly showcased their colourful and imaginative designs to the delight of parents, teachers, and friends.

A special thank you to our amazing Parents Association for their generous chocolate egg gifts and the beautiful Easter display that helped make the day even more festive and memorable.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate — it was truly a joyful way to finish off term one!

MCHF Celebrates Anzac Day

MCHF's ANZAC Day Service was held on Wednesday, 30 April for Years 3–12 at the Co-Cathedral Hall from 9:00am.

We were honoured to welcome special guests, including Father Danny Nouh, Ex-Army Serviceman Mr Roderick Hilliker, Mrs Melba Malkoun, the Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family, members of the Executive Team, Mrs Zena Ishac, as well as our dedicated staff, parents, and students.

Special thanks are extended to the Anzac team and Ms Gahdmar for their outstanding coordination, from inviting and managing special guests, to the creation and distribution of poppies, the arrangement and decoration of the Hall, and the curation of the beautiful music.

We also acknowledge the contribution of our student performers: Juliana Lichaa, Jonah Botros, Danielle Hobeiche, and Mary Semaan.

A sincere thank you as well to the Kindergarten to Year 2 teachers, who engaged their students in meaningful ANZAC learning activities while the formal service took place.

Thank you to Elyssa Wehbe, Laurelle Sadek (Year 9 photographers), and Isabella Ishac (Year 11 photographer) for capturing photos during assembly
