Mabu Mabu restaurant is an Indigenous restaurant that wants to promote indigenous foods that have native ingredients like Macadamia nuts, Green ants, saltbush, Mud crabs and quandong all across Australia.

Who started it?

The founder of Mabu Mabu is Nornie Bero. She is in her late 40s and came from the Torres Strait. She has been a professional chef for over 20 years now.
