CrossFit Kids

"Our programs are run by our CrossFit Kids coach and qualified boxing coaches, many of whom are also primary school teachers. Our lead Kids coach, Sam, is a school teacher and adaptive athlete who brings an incredible level of care, inclusivity, and education-focused coaching to our kids classes. Her sessions focus on movement skills, confidence, teamwork, and creating a positive relationship with exercise.

We also specialise in kids boxing programs at our second facility and work with many children with ADHD and ASD. We’ve found structured movement and boxing-based training to be incredibly beneficial for children who need to burn off energy, improve focus, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Our new facility will include HYROX training, functional training, strength and conditioning, boxing, and two dedicated recovery zones (sauna, ice bath, hot tub, and compression therapy), and we would love to give back to the educators and families in our local community."

"Kingston Hockey Club is an inclusive, family orientated field hockey club based in the City of Kingston and is currently seeking players for our U12  - U18 mixed junior teams. These teams are all beginner friendly and are a great way of getting teens off screens and involved in a local community club."
