What a busy and successful fortnight we have had since our last newsletter!

Our seniors participated in School Camp at Camp Kookaburra, which was a huge success, with many students stepping outside of their comfort zones to try new things. It was great to see students coming back from camp with big smiles on their faces and a real sense of accomplishment. It was also wonderful to hear camp staff commenting on how polite and how well our students demonstrated our school expectations of being safe, respectful learners. Well done to all the students and staff who supported and encouraged each other, allowing everyone to experience these valuable, confidence-building opportunities.

We also had our School Fun Run Day, where students had the chance to slime teachers as a reward for their hard work raising money for donations. Students, parents, carers, and staff all took part in the event — and most importantly, everyone had fun!

It’s been a great start to Term 4, and students have been remembering to wear their hats and stay sun smart as the weather starts to heat up.

Year 12 Graduation

Year 12 Graduation is on Thursday 27th November. Invitations have been sent home and need to be returned to school by 6th November. If your child is in Year 12 and you need another invite please call the front office to arrange. 

A reminder that the last day of school for Year 12 students is on Friday 28th November. 

Senior Years Camp

Senior Years students attended Camp Kookaburra on the 20-21st October. Students had an amazing time stepping outside their comfort zones, supporting one another, and celebrating their achievements. It was great to see both staff and students smiling and enjoying the experience. Our students proudly represented the school by demonstrating our core values of being safe, being respectful, and being learners. The staff at Camp Kookaburra also commended our students for their outstanding efforts and achievements.
