Always was, Always will be

A Glimpse into Our Always Was, Always Will Be Book - Acknowledgement of Country
As our student action team finalises the AWAWB book for publishing, we would love to share a preview from one of the pages.
Buath Gurru (Grass Flowering) Season
As we move into November, we are transitioning from Poorneet, a cool and wet season when tadpoles grow and birds build their nests, into Buath Gurru, when the weather warms, native grasses flower, and butterflies begin to appear.
To celebrate this season of growth and connection, our Prep students welcomed Kinder visitors from the neighbourhood to create Nature Friendship Bracelets. Together, they explored the garden, collecting petals and leaves to decorate their bracelets as a small gift of friendship and a way to connect with Country and each other.
