Confirmation Candidates

This year, eighteen of our Year 5 and Year 6 students will be receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation - a special moment in which God strengthens us with His Holy Spirit for our service in the Kingdom of God.

We pray they may be open to the gifts of the Holy Spirit, grow in faith and love, and continue to be courageous witnesses of Christ in their lives.

Holy Spirit Prayer of Saint Augustine

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit,

That my thoughts may all be holy.

Act in me, O Holy Spirit,

That my work, too, may be holy.

Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit,

That I love but what is holy.

Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit,

To defend all that is holy.

Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit,

That I always may be holy.
