SUPPORTING POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR AT ST. MICHAEL'S
St Michael's follows a Positive Behaviour of Learning (PBL) program to support behaviour. The premise behind this is that we acknowledge and celebrate positive behaviours that reflect our school values of being a learner, responsible, respectful and safe. When an individual deviates from these positive behaviours we see this as an opportunity to teach a skill that may not be imbedded, not necessarily a chosen behaviour. As we draw closer to the end of the school year, it is important that we maintain consistency and transparency in our approach, ensuring we all have a POSITIVE end to our school year.
