Dear Parents,
Last Friday our staff gathered for a meaningful Spirituality Day, taking time to reflect on the Year of Prayer and the theme of Hearts Burning. Through prayer, discussion and shared experiences, we explored how we can deepen our relationship with God and recognise His presence in our daily lives.
Inspired by the journey of the disciples on the road to Emmaus, we reflected on what it means to have hearts set ablaze with faith, hope and purpose, and how we can bring that spirit into our classrooms and school community. We discussed the roads we are walking on at the moment in our lives- personally, professionally and spirituality. We were invited to explore what we planned to do with our one “wild and precious life!”

We were grateful for the opportunity to pause and connect with each other in such a soulful way and beautiful setting. I hope you and your family were able to take advantage of the extra long weekend and the glorious weather! Thank you for your support in all that we do, not only for the students, but in developing and nurturing the staff as well.

As the staff continue working on preparing your children/s Semester One reports I’d like to acknowledge the significant impact that you, the parents, have on their educational journey. It is the partnership between school and home that achieves the very best outcomes for our students. I am sure you are all looking forward to the opportunity to discuss with your child’s teacher their progress, growth and success. It will give you the chance to acknowledge the effort and hard work your child has put into their learning and discuss areas of strength and directions for future growth and goal setting.

Reports will be made available for you to access in Week 10 on Friday 26th June and Parent Teacher interviews will take place in Week 11.
