The final weeks of the year have been jam-packed with special moments.

We have been busy cleaning and packing up our classrooms while continuing to enjoy reading, writing, problem solving, making, drawing, and crafting with our classmates.

Year 6 students enjoyed running our Activity Day on Monday, with a range of festive activities including decorating biscuits, making paper Christmas trees, chalk drawing on the asphalt, watching Christmas shorts, decorating wooden stockings or baubles, and playing Christmas games.

Bunyip’s Got Talent showcased wonderful singing, dancing, and even gymnastics. It was fantastic to see the confidence and creativity of our students on display, highlighting just how talented our school community truly is.

Our Year 6 students created a mural as a lasting memento for the school and enjoyed a final celebration with a movie outing to Warragul, where they watched Zootopia 2 with friends. Graduation was a fantastic evening that celebrated students’ academic achievements while also recognising their commitment to our school values.

As we come to the end of another wonderful school year, we would like to take a moment to congratulate all of our students on their hard work, growth, and achievements. It has been a pleasure watching them learn, challenge themselves, and support one another throughout the year. We are very proud of the effort and resilience shown by our Grade 4–6 students, both in the classroom and beyond. We wish all families a safe, happy, and relaxing holiday break, filled with joy, rest, and special moments together.

Merry Christmas, and we look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready for a new year ahead!
