Wishing you all a wonderful holiday break and a great festive season.

It has been wonderful getting to meet with students over the change of preference period, we hope you all feel proud of your results and efforts over Year 12.      

A quick reminder that VTAC have changed the time that Offers will be released on 23rd Dec - Offers will now be released from 2pm.

CoP closes at 8pm on Tuesday 23rd December.

Here is the timeline:

Offers Released & CoP opens Monday 23rd Dec – 2pm - 8pm Ms Carter & Ms Veldsman will be available via email or online Google Meet 30 minute appointments.

Recap:

• December Round Offers are released Tuesday 23rd December from 2pm
• CoP reopens Tuesday 23rd December 2pm (after Offers are released)
• CoP for January Round closes Tuesday 23rd December 8pm
• January Round Offers will be released Tuesday 13th January, 2026

This is a crucial time for Year 12 students, and it is very important that you have preferences that are realistic and in the right order.

 To book into an appointment please follow the below instruction: 

1.       Go to compass, click on the star icon and click on Career Bookings (or just click this link).

2.       This will take you to a JMSS Careers site. Click on the “Book an Appointment” tab.

3.       This will take you to the Career Booking calendar. Choose a day & time that suits you and book into an available appointment.

4.       Make a note of the interview time/date.

5.       To access the appointment, on the time and day of your appointment go into your google calendar and click on the Career Appointment. You will see a google meet online link. Click on it and I will join you in the online meeting.

**Please be patient if Ms Carter & Ms Veldsman are running late for an appointment. The previous student appointment may have taken a little longer than normal.
