As we step into 2026, it's timely to reflect on the growth achieved across our network during 2025 and the strong foundations now in place to support continued, sustainable expansion.

Growth across First National during 2025 occurred through a combination of internal expansion within our existing network and external growth through new members joining the brand and opening offices. This growth has been underpinned by planned modernisation of our operating models, improvements to our value proposition and being responsive to industry changes.

Growth by State

Victoria experienced solid internal growth, with two existing members expanding into additional territories, strengthening their market presence and diversifying their business models. This growth reflects confidence in the First National co-operative model and the opportunity for established members to expand within the network. We celebrate Shane and Suzi Candappa on their 2nd office in Warragul and Thomas and Jessica Som opening their 2nd office in Wantirna South.

New South Wales was a key contributor to national growth, with a second new principal officially commencing with the First National network in January 2026. We welcome to the network Justin Cai & Vivienne Hua from FN JV Partners in South Hurstville & Aziz Hoque in Glenfield. These new offices strengthen our footprint but, importantly it demonstrates growing interest from businesspeople who value the co-operative model.

Western Australia is an example of the strength of our growing value proposition making us an appealing brand for successful agents to transition into business principals. This is a clear reflection of the opportunities within our network for ambitious individuals to progress, build equity and take the next step in their professional journey. We wish to Congratulate Ronnie Singh for launching the First National RS Group, and his new office in Harrisdale.

In addition, we continue to see strong external growth momentum, with new principals and offices currently in the pipeline across New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.

These opportunities are progressing through our structured application and due diligence process, ensuring alignment with the First National cultural blueprint.

Building the Foundations for Growth

Concurrently, significant work was undertaken throughout 2025 to support both existing and prospective members, including:

  • The introduction of flexible operating model options to complement our traditional office model.
  • The launch of our Digital Office model.
  • The re-launch of our White Label business model. We welcome Tropical Property Mission Beach  in Queensland, an independent agency owned by Terry Godde of FN Townsville, which became our first White Label office.
  • The review and refinement of fee schedules to ensure fairness, transparency and sustainability.
  • Streamlined onboarding and induction processes that support clarity, consistency and scalability.
  • Our First National brochure which clearly articulates the benefits, services and support available to our members of the First National cooperative.

Together, this activity helps to grow a balanced and healthy network - one that stimulates organic internal growth while continuing to attract external businesses aligned with our model, our values and our co-operative vision.

As we look ahead, our focus remains on sustainable strategic expansion - supporting members to grow in ways that suit their business, while welcoming like-minded operators who see value in independence, collaboration and a strong national brand.

Thank you to all members who contributed to this momentum in 2025. Your commitment to growth, collaboration and professionalism continues to strengthen First National nationally.

We look forward to building on this progress throughout 2026 and welcome any and all discussions on plans to grow your business or our office network.
