Hi Everyone, how are you? I hope you are well. Welcome back to school to the returning families and welcome to new families. I hope the holidays were good to you and the year has started well. 

Family Support Coordinator

For those that don’t know me, I am the Family Support Coordinator.

I work at Croydon SDS on Wednesdays and Fridays. My role is to inform you of services and supports in the community such as Centrelink Payments for both carers and your child, Carer Cards and Companion Cards. 

I can assist you to explore the options for your child when they graduate from school and all that comes with your child reaching 18 years of age. 

I can be your listening ear or sounding board, or   support you to attend SSG or care team meetings and I compile this newsletter to let you know about events and activities and provide you with information. 

You can make an appointment to speak with me by asking Sandra or Kat at reception to book a time to meet with me in my diary. 

Parents & Carers Morning Tea

Our next morning tea will be held on Thursday 26th February from 9.00am until 10.30am.
