ELC Students Harmony Week

During Harmony Week, the International Student Program team put together a multicultural lunchtime concert with the participation of students, staff members and families. It was a wonderful afternoon that showcased amazing talents and performances such as a zither performance by Astrid, a popping dance by Ryan, an acoustic performance by Esam, a Chopin piece by Camellia, a Malay song rendition by Felicia, a Vietnamese song performed by Tom, Charlotte, Ukiyo, Chloe, Alice, Alan and Phuong, and two Harmonica performances by Adams, Erica and Ashton. The theatre was packed to the brim, with the audience cheering and clapping along with the performances. The concert was also mc-ed by our International Student Captain - Ray, who did a wonderful job.

We are very proud of our international students, and are thankful for the participation from our staff and families to make this event a success.

ELC Excursion to Melbourne Zoo

To wrap up Term 1, ELC students enjoyed an exciting excursion to the Melbourne Zoo! For some, it was their first time visiting a zoo, making the experience even more special. The warm and sunny weather allowed us to see many animals up close. A highlight of the day was an educational session about koalas and kangaroos, where students had the unique opportunity to smell eucalyptus leaves and touch real animal fur. It was a fun and memorable day of learning outside the classroom!
