Free Glasses for Kids

We are pleased to offer a free vision screen test, conducted at school for all students in Prep to Grade 3. This is a great opportunity to check your child's vision as part of their overall health and learning success.

Your child has brought home a card with a QR code. If you would like your child to participate, please complete the form using the QR code. More information about the free program, please collect a brochure at the school office. If you require assistance please contact Lucia Storrar in the office.

📍 Location: Albanvale Primary School

📅 Date: 13th - 14th October

⏰ Time: Students will be collected from class. Once complete, they will be returned to class.

💲 Cost: Free of charge
