National Principals Day has been celebrated in style here at Good Shepherd. Staff have been looking for small photos of me around the school as part of a friendly competition, and I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers which represented all of the children in the school at assembly last week.

It is a privilege and a blessing to be the leader of Good Shepherd - and while I appreciate the acknowledgement, every day I am blessed to have an amazing team around me of staff and volunteers. 

I have welcomed feedback from families over the past few weeks, and I am happy to hear about your experience as families so that we can continue to listen, reflect and grow.

Thank you for being active partners in your child's learning.

I am looking forward to spending time with our Year 5 children and their mums at school next Friday for our connection night. Warm yourself by the fire, bring and share a board or card game with friends.
