Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope for Heart – Halfway There!

We are officially halfway through our Jump Rope for Heart program, and what an incredible start we have had! Our students have already raised more than half of our fundraising target, which is an amazing achievement and a wonderful reflection of their enthusiasm and commitment.

Even more exciting has been seeing the progress in our students’ skipping skills. They are learning new tricks, building their coordination and fitness, and challenging themselves to try things they couldn’t do at the beginning of the program. Most importantly, they are having so much fun! It is becoming a regular sight around school to see students with a skipping rope in hand, practising whenever they get the chance.

We are looking forward to celebrating all their hard work at our Jump Off Day on Wednesday 16 September! More information about the day will be shared with families closer to the event. Keep skipping, keep practising and keep having fun!

Fundraising:

This year, Menzies Creek Primary School is fundraising as one whole school community. Rather than individual fundraising pages, every donation made through our school fundraising page contributes to our shared goal.

If you are able to support us, no matter how big or small the donation, we would be incredibly grateful.

Save the Date- Jump Off Day!

To celebrate all of our hard work and the amazing skipping skills our students have developed, we will be finishing our Jump Rope for Heart journey with a whole-school Jump Off Day on Wednesday, 16 September.

This will be a fun celebration of everything we've achieved together throughout the program. More information about this exciting event will be shared with families closer to the date.

Thank you for supporting our students as they become healthier, more active and help make a real difference for Australian hearts. Together, let's skip towards a healthier future!
