Religious Education - Ms Lesa Bush
Each class across the school has been unpacking our 2026 theme, “Let Your Light Shine,” and exploring what it means to us and our school, and how it links to our motto, Love Serves. Through class discussions, prayer, and reflection, students have begun to think about how they can let their “light shine”.
Below are some student/class reflections on what Let Your Light Shine means to them.
“When you let your light shine, it helps other people’s lights shine too.” 1/2L
“Let your light shine means spreading kindness.” Arzoey 1/2T
“Let your light shine means praying to God when you need Him.” Ethan 1/2T
“Let your light shine means glowing on the inside and helping others know how it feels.”

“When you let your light shine, you treat others the right way.” Charlie J 3/4P
“Let your light shine by encouraging people so they feel happier than usual and be there for them.” Christian 3/4L
“Be kind and show others that they can be kind.” Samuel 3/4L
