Music Notes

Ms Nicole Bull, Head of Performing Arts
On behalf of the Performing Arts staff, I would like to welcome you all back to what promises to be a sensational year in Music and the Performing Arts. Lessons and Ensemble rehearsals are underway for the year, and we encourage all students learning an instrument to be part of an ensemble or choir.
For any new students who already learn an instrument, please contact Mr Kurt Abell or Music Administration if you would like more information on the music opportunities available at Kilvington.

Year 7 Music Expo
Our Year 7 students started the year with a fantastic opportunity to try a wide range of musical instruments last week.
As well as being a great way to make new friends and broaden your school experience, learning a musical instrument provides significant benefits in brain development and academic success.
