In the spirit of St Andrew, we listen to every voice.
We learn together guided by faith.
We inspire hope for the future.
St Andrew, pray for us
and help us to be followers of Jesus

A Night of Reflection and Connection
Last night, our school was filled with a wonderful sense of reverence and excitement as our First Eucharist candidates and their families gathered for our Family Information Night.
We were incredibly fortunate to be led by the wonderful Ange Vergona, who hosted the evening with his trademark warmth and insight. Ange’s presentation focused deeply on the power of prayer and the profound meaning of the Eucharist. A highlight of the session was when Ange invited the students to deconstruct our very own St Andrew’s School Prayer. He beautifully related each line of our prayer to the Sacrament and the unique charism of St Andrew, showing the children how our school identity and our faith journey are intrinsically linked.
During the workshop, each child reflected on the values Jesus promoted and took home their very own crafted prayer dice. These are intended to be used daily at home, serving as a special tool to guide them as they travel this important road toward receiving the Sacrament.
The next significant step for our families and candidates will be the Commitment Masses held this weekend. We invite the community to join us at either the 6:00 PM Mass on Saturday or the 11:00 AM Mass on Sunday.
At these celebrations, our candidates will have the opportunity to be formally welcomed by the wider St Andrew’s community and make a public commitment to receiving the Sacrament of First Eucharist. It is a beautiful moment of witness, and we look forward to supporting our students as they take this public step in their faith.
