Congratulations to Ethan Graham on his selection in the Under 15s Greater Western Rugby League side! Ethan's performance yesterday, representing the North West team caught the attention of selectors and he earned a well-deserved place at the next elite level. This has been a key goal for Ethan in 2025, and it’s fantastic to see his planning and commitment to training paying off. Well done, Ethan! Selection at this level is highly competitive, and you should feel immensely proud of this achievement. It’s also worth noting that the North West side delivered a strong performance against Western yesterday — a clear sign of the talent within this U15s squad. Your school and community are proud of you!

Congratulations to Mary Arandale on her selection in the Greater Western U16s Girls Rugby League side to compete at the upcoming CHS tournament in Wollongong! Mary continues to add to her impressive list of sporting achievements. Her motivation and dedication to training have clearly paid off, impressing selectors and earning her a well-deserved place at this elite level.
This is a fantastic accomplishment, and both the school and wider community are incredibly proud. As women's sport continues to grow stronger in this field, it's inspiring to have students like Mary leading the way. We look forward to her bringing back valuable experience to share and mentor others in this developing sport within our region.Well done, Mary!

Term 2 is shaping up to be an exciting and action-packed term for sport at our school! To support families and students with planning and organisation, I've created a Sports Dates List — make sure to add these important events to your calendars.
For students involved in North West representative pathways, please come and see me directly for the most up-to-date information and nomination forms.
Our North West Knockout teams are already in action, with several teams progressing well through their respective pools — best of luck to all involved!
Don't forget, our two major carnivals — Cross Country and Athletics — are both happening in May. These are always highlights on our school calendar,
Thanks everyone for your continued support — let’s make it a fantastic term of sport!
Kind regards,
Katie Rossington
