School Council

The school council met on Tuesday this week. Plans for exciting camps for the 2026 years 3-6 camps and our cultural exchange visit to Jinling Primary School in Nanjing, China were reviewed and approved.

Our facilities committee reported exploratory work on a pollination garden near between the rainbow playground and the nearby gate, work proposed for the sensory garden and a discussion on how to improve parent engagement in working bees. We also reviewed the proposed school cash budget, financial accounts for March and April.

The Parents Association reported an outstanding result from the colour run and very good feedback on this year’s Mother’s Day classroom activity.

School council members were also on duty for a sell out BBQ at Open Night on Wednesday.
