School based traineeships available  

Taking expression of interest  

New exciting traineeship opportunities are available for year 10’s in the Pathways Centre Y Block. Job boards will be updated regularly with new positions. Students can collect a registration form and apply now. Get updates on the student portal – Traineeship VETis Tab. 

Get paid while gaining a qualification when doing a school-based traineeship and earn up to 8 QCE points!!  

Already working!! Why not convert your job to a traineeship, gain QCE points, and gain a qualification in your current job.  

A variety of new traineeships are on offer with a focus on business, hospitality, retail, sport and tourism.

RSA & RSG Course – we are holding a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible service of gambling (RSG) course on Friday 19th September at PBC. One day course. Each course is $50 or $100 for both through an external provider Aurora Training Institute. Students need to make sure they don’t have an exam on the day, Register by emailing sshre6@eq.edu.au  

Espresso Machine Operation: Looking to upskill and learn something new! Make yourself more employable in hospitality with these valuable skills. Espresso Machine Operations ( 4 units to complete ) Course will be held at PBC 17/09 - 19/09 ( 3 days ) $240 You will be making amazing coffee at the end of the course !!
