Jubilee Mass Moree

Jubilee celebrations continue this week with our Western Schools with St Philomena's hosting the Western Deanery Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday the 23rd. Thanks to the collaboration between St Philomenas and St Francis Xavier Parish everything is set for a great day with about 130 visitors from Western Schools. It is also the start of the pilgrimage of the mini Cathedral around the Western Deanery.

Retreat week

This year, retreat week is in week 6 term 3. Not only are these retreats a fantastic faith formation opportunity, but they contribute a significant amount of hours to your RE accreditation.

Ignite Conference

Many thanks to Andrew May, Mel Sampson (O’Connor), Sandra Garnett (St Mary’s College) and Katie Buckman for supervising a diocesan group of secondary students at the Ignite festival in the Broken Bay Diocese. A really great faith filled experience was enjoyed by students and staff alike.

ACYF - Melbourne

Information will be distributed early this term including an expression of interest for ACYF in Melbourne in Early December. It is for students in Yr 9 and above but also interested staff from all our schools. Please check out Archbishop Comensoli's video invitation to be a pilgrim to ACYF.

New Staff Induction

New Staff to our schools and system are required to attend an induction day in Armidale. There are 2 upcoming dates throughout the year to ease the burden for schools with a number of new staff and to cater for those that join the diocese later. To register for these days, please liaise with your leadership team and complete THIS REGISTRATION FORM.
