Photography and Recording Permission 

MACS has recently updated their photography and permission form. This week your children will bring this form home as a hard copy for you to complete. It is a simple form which requires you to read the criteria in each of three sections and then tick to agree. If you leave the box blank we will assume that you do not give your permission. Likewise, if you do not agree to all items in the section, do not tick the box. We will continue our policy of not sharing names on social media.
