Transition for students already St Patrick’s
Grade Level Change:
Transition is fast approaching and some students may be feeling worried and anxious about having a new teacher or moving to a new classroom. To ease this process students will spend a transition morning with their new classroom teacher in their new classroom space on Tuesday the 12th of December. In this time students will get to know their new teacher, the learning space, the other students in their class and the little runnings of the day e.g. where will I line up, where will I eat my lunch etc.
Transition to High School:
