Equstrian Success

Zarli  from 5P, Maddison from 2G and Lacey from Prep proudly represented Gympie East State School at the QLD Youth Aldridge Equestrian Challenge 2025, held from 23rd to 27th June.

Riding her horse Billy-Ray, Zarli took part in a fun-filled and educational week of equestrian clinics and competitions, with a Western-style focus.

Zarli achieved outstanding results, placing 2nd in the Mechanical Cow phase and 1st in the Showmanship class. With strong competition from confident young riders across her age group, these results are a credit to her skill, determination, and love for the sport.

Lacey was awarded champion Prep rider, a great result for our school.
