Congratulations to Zoe T who represented the school at District Swimming last week, she finished 2nd in both 50m freestyle and 50m butterfly meaning she progress to the regional comp next week.

Weekly fixtures will commence on Friday 13th March and be on every Friday until the finals on Friday 12th June. Term 1 and 2 are winter sports and students will have the choice of Netball, AFL, and T-ball. Choices will be made in class via Teams.

This week’s interschool fixtures was a home game against St Bernadette’s. Here are the students’ match reports.
AFL
A-Team
We controlled the game for the full 30 minutes, using teamwork, resilience and hard work. The end score was 103 to 15 our way, winning by 88 points. The MVP went to Tenny from 6RJ. Lots of thanks to Mr. Bull who coached and umpired the game for us, making it fun and fair for both teams. Thank you also to the parents who took their time to watch it and supported us for the whole game.

B-Team
We won by 74 points with the score being 92 to 18 our way. We won by controlling marks, using teamwork, and playing an amazing game of Football.
Valeria from 6RJ did a great job by showing all our values and earning herself MVP. Congrats to the whole team for trying their best and giving it their all. Thanks to Mr bull for referring, being our coach, and walking us down to Seddon. A big thank you to Mrs Anderson for also walking with us with Mr Bull. Hopefully we can win next game and play well. Girls team
For girls t-ball we went up against St Bernadette’s. Although we all played well and put in a great effort unfortunately, we lost 10-14. Thank you so much to Mr. Tottenham for coaching us and congratulations to Scarlett from 6T for getting the MVP award. Another shout out to Evelyn from 6RJ for being the team's captain for this week.

Everyone played well but it was a tough match. We played St Bernadettes, unfortunately we lost 9-18. Congratulations to Violet for getting MVP and thank you Ms. Anderson for coaching us and helping us throughout the game.

It was our 1st match for the season and....
We crushed it!
We demolished them 7-1 our way.
