ST CARLOS ANNUAL EASTER RAFFLE 2026
Dear Families
Last week your child would have brought bring home a flyer with 10 tickets for our Easter Raffle. Tickets are $1.00 each or $10 for the whole book! Please include your name or child’s name, phone number and child’s class on all tickets.
This is our major fundraiser for term one. Please help us sell as many tickets as possible. Extra tickets are available at the school office. This is your chance to be the winner of some very delicious prizes! There will be a major prize for each year level.
Friday 27 March = Easter egg donation = Casual Clothes Day!
All Children are invited to wear casual clothes to school on Friday 27 March if they donate an Easter Egg or similar, towards our annual Easter raffle. Donations can be placed in the basket in their classroom.
If you would like to make extra donations, please hand them into the office by Friday 27 March (For example, Easter eggs, hampers, baskets to use to make up the prizes, kid’s activities, etc.)
Tickets and money need to be returned to school by Friday 27 March and the raffle will be drawn on Wednesday 01 April. Good luck!

SCHOOL FUNDRAISER – PICTURE PLATES
Dear families,
Your child(ren) are invited to take part in the long-standing Australian tradition of designing their own picture plate.
WHO: Any child and/or their siblings, relatives or friends. All are welcome to participate (whether at St Carlo’s or not).
WHAT: A customised 25cm dinner plate. Plates are made in Australia of food-safe, dishwasher-safe highly durable melamine with a 40-year guarantee.
COST: $34 each

WHEN: Orders close strictly at 3:00pm on TUESDAY 17th MARCH, 2026. No late orders will be accepted.
Plate templates will be distributed (to the eldest child in the family) on the 19th March - please pop a reminder for both important due dates in your phone now!
WHY: A fun (and useful) keepsake from your child’s school years. Picture plates also make excellent gifts so think ahead for special occasions! You can order multiples of your child’s design and/or order extra plates for them to customise for loved ones.
HOW: The eldest child from participating families (whose parent/carer has pre-ordered online) will receive a picture plate paper template/s (with instructions, to take home) on which they can draw, paint or stick photos, then return to school before Tuesday 31st March.
Please pre-order your picture plates now (don’t wait until the last day!). Orders close strictly at 3:00pm on TUESAY 17th MARCH, 2026.Thank you.
