Celebrating Catholic Education Week

Last week, nine of our students and two staff members journeyed to Nagle College in Bairnsdale to participate in the beautiful Catholic Education Week Mass. It was a wonderful morning of prayer and community celebration, led by Bishop Greg and concelebrated by priests from across the Diocese.

A special congratulations to Chloe and Chelsea, who beautifully represented our school in the Diocesan Choir alongside students from two other secondary colleges and several western primary schools. We extend our sincere thanks to Nagle College for their warm hospitality and for gifting us a commemorative clay cross, which will be proudly displayed in our school Chapel.

Family Week Celebrations

Baking a Difference for Family Week!

This week, our school community came together to celebrate Catholic Care Victoria’s Family Week—a time dedicated to honouring the bonds that connect us and supporting families in need across our region.

To mark the occasion and put our values into action, our wonderful Youth Ministry Liturgy Team hosted a lunchtime Bake Sale.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our bakers and the enthusiastic appetites of our students and staff, the event was a massive success!

All funds raised will go directly to Catholic Care Victoria to support their vital community programs.

Thank you to everyone who baked, bought, and helped us make a sweet difference this Family Week!

Laudato Si Week Liturgy

Caring for Our Common Home: Laudato Si’ Week

During the last week of May, our school proudly celebrated Laudato Si’ Week, a global movement inspired by Pope Francis' call to protect and care for our common home.

To mark this important week, our student-led Youth Ministry Liturgy Team prepared and ran a beautiful, reflective liturgy for classes 7A and 7D. The session focused on environmental stewardship, gratitude for creation, and the small daily changes we can all make to protect our planet.

A huge thank you to the Youth Ministry team for their leadership, and to the Year 7 students for their respectful participation and insightful reflections. Together, we are learning what it truly means to be caretakers of God’s creation.
