The menu so far:
Week 1
Carrot savoury muffins with Raita (yogurt dip) and garden salad. Cut up fruit for dessert.
Week 2.
Spanakopita with garden salad.
We adjusted the ingredients of the savoury carrot muffin recipe from week 1 to make sweet raspberry muffins for dessert.
