Reporting an Issue

Casey Council

The City of Casey is making it easier for residents to report an issue they see in the community with Snap Send Solve.

If you notice that something is broken, missing or in need of Council’s attention, you can let us know by taking a quick photo of the issue and sending the photo to us via the Snap Send Solve app.

This will allow you to report incidents quickly and easily for City of Casey to investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The app is available on Apple and Google app store and is free to download and use, or you can also report online using the updated report an issue webpage.
