Please see below for all your need-to-know information for our upcoming Christmas Carols Evening. This is the last event for 2024 and the P&F Committee are looking forward to celebrating with you. See you there!

Upcoming Term 4 Events/Activities:

Icy Pole Fridays – Every Friday

Christmas Carols Night & Christmas Raffle– This Thursday 12th December, 5pm

Christmas Carols Night & Christmas Raffle

The P&F Committee invite you and your family to attend our Annual Christmas Carol Evening. This event is a festive way to end a school year, which the entire school community enjoys. At the event, you will find:

A sausage Sizzle, 

The Village Bakery sweets stall 

AND a confectionary stall.

This year you can also pre-order Ralphy’s Pizza (on QuickCliq). EXTENDED ORDERS UNTIL 5PM TONIGHT

Both CASH and EFTPOS facilities will be available, although EFTPOS is preferred, please.

And don’t forget to hand in your Christmas raffle tickets to the front office by Thursday 12th December, 9am. Thank you.

Icy Pole Fridays

Every Friday during Term 4, students are permitted to purchase a ZOOPER DOOPER at the beginning of lunch for $1. With the warmer weather coming, this fundraiser is a student favourite. Thank you in advance for your support with this event!

Uniform Stall AND 2nd Hand Uniform Donations

We welcome any donations of second-hand uniforms for our upcoming stalls. Please ensure that the uniforms:

• Are in acceptable condition with no fading, missing logos or stains.
• Have a school logo or are PSW labelled, therefore no Kmart/Target/etc. purchases.
• Are in a clean condition.

Please place your items in a bag and hand into the school office to donate.

P&F Annual General Meeting

OnTuesday 26th November, the P&F Committee gathered to close our 2024 school year. It was a wonderful celebration where we were able to reflect on our school community’s generosity and successes. We welcomed new community members and signed on our existing members.

I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to our entire school community – P&F Members, staff and all the families of St. Fidelis. The P&F team has two main goals every year, the first is to foster positive community relationships within our school community and the second is to raise funds for our children so that we may continue to build on their school resources and access to an improved education. The P&F Committee would proudly like to state that we were successful on both counts.

Please see our profit and loss statements (to date) for terms 1 to 4. We are yet to add our profits from the upcoming Christmas Carol Event and Christmas Raffle:

As you can see our school community has (so far) raised $37, 209.91. This is a credit to you, our generous families, who support our fundraising efforts each and every year.

We look forward to another successful year in 2025.
