Hi Everyone,
It’s been a while since our last update, we have all been a little busy! We have had lots of exciting things going on since our last update. Lots of us are busy in the background working to get our fundraising ideas off the ground, ready for the school community to enjoy! We have lots of exciting things coming up. Take a look and ensure you add to your family calendars.
Rock on Trivia Night
It’s not too late to come and join us for a night of unleashing that inner rock god or disco diva! We still have some tickets available at the office. If you are considering joining us, tickets will be on sale until 3.30pm on Thursday 1st August. There will be lots of games and a silent auction, so plenty of fun to be had! Tickets are priced at $15 per person.
Bunnings Cake Stall
Thank you to everyone who took the time to help organise, bake and volunteer their time on Sunday 21st July at our cake stall at Bunnings Altona. We had a very, very busy morning and had sold out of everything by 1pm. We will be ensuring we secure another BBQ for 2020.
Friday Treat - donuts
The parents & friends group are selling cinnamon donuts from the canteen every Friday lunchtime for Term 3. Donuts are priced at $1.00.
School Disco
You may have noticed in the last newsletter a change in date to the School Disco this year from what has been previously published. We have had to move the disco to an earlier date than we had scheduled. The disco will now be on Thursday 5th September and we th Junior School Council have decided on an 80s theme! Further details will be sent home shortly.

Parents & Friends meetings
The next Parents & Friends meeting will be held on Friday 9th August at 1.30pm. Please feel free to join us as we’re always looking for new volunteers and fundraising ideas.
