Parent Opinion Survey

Every year a random selection of parents are chosen to complete our parent opinion survey.  These were sent out via email last week.  Please check your email and if you have received a link to the survey please complete it for us.  We very much value your feedback on the things we are doing well and also ways that we can continue to improve.  There were 114 surveys sent out and so far only 18 surveys have been completed.  

Playground Update

We are hoping that the playground company will be here on the 12th August to commence the building of our new playground.  We will continue to keep you updated as we know more.

Athletics Carnival

Good luck to our grade 3 to 6 students today.  They will be participating in our annual athletics carnival.  We hope you all have a great day!

Trivia Night

I'm really looking forward to seeing lots of parents at the Trivia Night on tonight.  There are some great auction items up for grabs!

A Message from our Assistant Principals for the day

Our Assistant Principals (Joana & Maynadi) interviewed some of our students in AGPS. We asked them questions about what makes our school great & what would make it even better. Here are some of the responses:

What makes our school great?

- We have two lunch breaks.

- We have nice staff.

- We sell donuts and icy poles in our canteen.

- We have lots of clubs at our school.

- Lastly, there has been a reduction of bullying.

How could our school be even better?

- We need more sports equipment.

- More food in our canteen. 

- Less littering in the school yard.

- Adding more things in the playground (Flying Foxes, Spider Web, etc.)

- Having sport pitches on the oval.

We are glad to share these ideas with you. Now we are off to make our school even better!
