The Foundation students in 0LN and 0TM 'bumped up' their writing by transforming sentences from the book 'Koala' by Claire Saxby, a text that we have been studying during our literacy block.

Children changed selected words to write a sentence that made sense and that they were proud to read to others.

This week in SMART Spelling, Foundation students have been learning the word 'queen' in the sentence ' The queen had so much fun on her holiday.' This craft piece was created on Monday when the word was introduced.
