Parent Payment Reminder
Parent Payment information for 2023 has been sent home with your child and via Sentral at the start of this term. If you have missed this information please contact the office for a hardcopy or check Sentral.
Book packs are no longer able to be purchased directly from the school. We recommend purchasing these through Maxim Office supplies by 21st November, delivered free to the school as per normal on 12th December. The instructions are included below on how to do this easily online. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase these through your own choice of provider. Maxim have worked with us to put together a pack of cost effective stationery that our teachers have chosen to best meet the needs of the students in each year level. The book packs are approximately $80.00 each through Maxim Office Supplies
If you choose to pay the Voluntary Curriculum Contributions and Other Contributions they are calculated per child in 2023 not by family. Please return one notice per child, preferably by 12th December 2022.
Any credit on accounts (except CSEF) may be used toward the Curriculum and Other Contributions.

CAMPS, SPORTS & EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF)
Applications are now available to apply for CSEF for 2023.
If you applied for CSEF in 2022 you do not need to complete an application form unless there has been a change in your family situation or you have a child who is starting at Bimbadeen Heights PS for the first time.
Attached is CSEF information and the 2023 application form. If you are eligible to apply, please forward the completed form to the office with a copy of the relevant valid concession card. This card must be in the name of the parent/carer not the child.
