Chang Reflection

Around Chang: In term 2, Chang has celebrated the principal’s awards for student of the month for two of our year 11 students. Congratulations to Alicia Maddock and Grace Magro for February and March nominations!

Several Chang students have been heavily involved, both on stage and behind the scenes, in the College’s production of Les Miserables. The hard work they have put in for many

months has shown as the performances were truly outstanding and they should be proud of their performance.

Sporting Achievements: On Friday 17th of May Chang played their first game of Cluster Sports in term 2. In what ended up being a hard fought game of dodgeball the final scores were Chang beating MacKillop 2-1.

Upcoming Events: The student leaders of Chang have started their organisation of the Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital fundraiser with a goal of $500 to donate to the deserving patients.

We also look forward to congratulating the recipients of the Academic Endeavour awards on the 24th of May for their enthusiasm and commitment they shown towards their studies.

Feast day is also on the horizon, with homegroups planning exciting Market Stalls such as money pong, a dunk machine, a downball comp and much more during the Feast Day celebrations.
