Sports Report

We start  the sporting year with the House Swimming Sports on Tuesday 11th February, at the Echuca Pool.

For country travellers, buses will transport students to the pool; however, town students can make their own way to the pool and be present by 9:00am.

A BBQ lunch will be provided for students to purchase sausages. It is recommended that all students take adequate food and water for the day, however, the canteen at the Pool will be open for limited snacks.

We expect all students to attend and participate in this school event in support of their House and the school community. Community events such as these are a terrific way to develop community spirit, social cohesion skills, resiliency and a feeling of belonging to our school.

Students are not permitted to leave the pool surrounds during the carnival.  We ask that parents refrain from supplying take-away lunch so that we can support the community facility and our BBQ fundraising efforts.

Students are encouraged to wear their House colours.  Please note that the Pool Staff have requested that face paint, streamers, coloured hairspray or coloured zinc are not permitted.

Parents are most welcome to attend as a supporter on the day.

The Senior Boys Cricket team has been selected and will play Round One against Echuca College on Friday 14th February.  If they are successful, they will then progress to Round Two in Nathalia the following week.  Good luck boys!

Sign-ups are currently open for the upcoming Campaspe Tennis Competition.  This this open to all year levels and will run on Tuesday 24th March.  We look forward to a great day of tennis for all teams.
