Our Sacramental sessions have begun and we look forward to understanding and strengthening our love for God further through these sacraments.
Attached are the dates of sessions that the parish and parents are welcome to join. Other dates include the Commitment Mass and supper afterwards as well as the practice and Celebration dates for those students that will be making their Confirmation and Eucharist.
Mary, Help of Christians is the Patroness of Australia. The establishment of the feast has an interesting history, and a unique place in the Catholic history of Australia. The feast focusses on Mary's help to those in need through her intercession to confront sin and to stand against anti-Christian forces.
The Feast of Mary Help of Christians is celebrated on May 24 however we will be celebrating it with a Mass on Friday 26th of May in the Jaara centre at 9:30am. All welcome.
Most Fridays a class will be joining the parishioners for Mass at St Monica's Church.
This will help connect our school with the parish.
Your classroom teacher will let you know when your child's class is rostered on to attend mass and you are more than welcome to join us.
