Junior Athletics
I would like to congratulate all of the year 7 and 8's for their efforts in the Athletics carnival. It was great to see so many students giving events a go and cheering for their house. You should all be really proud of your efforts.
Scores - The day ended in a tie! With the famous Chicken Throw and Leader ball events causing Thalera and Pampari to be equal after the days events. Thalera 359 Pampari 359 Kilara 268 Arakoola 256. I'd like to also congratulate the following year level champions, who scored the most points for there houses.

State Swimming
Congratulations to Aeon who competed at the Secondary Schools State Swimming Finals at MSAC. Our year 9 swimming superstar competed in the 15 yrs Girls 50m Final and came 1st with a time of 29.03. Fantastic effort Aeon, well done!

Inter-school Sports
On Wednesday the 28th 10 year 8 students went out to compete in the equal opportunity sports day by playing netball. The Junior boys played 6 games in total and were undefeated in the end. These champions will go on to compete in the next round. Awesome work, boys!
Well done to the Intermediate Boys Netball, winning 3 out of their 4 games
Well Done year 8 Softball Girls, who won their competitions for the day and have qualified for the next round and congratulations to Intermediate Softball Girls, finishing runners up in the Sothern Metropolitan Finals.
