Twilight Market and Art Show

Thank you to all of the families that came out to support SFS at the Twilight Market and Art Show. It was an amazing night and we loved seeing everyone out having so much fun. 

The PNF committee ran a sausage sizzle, sold popcorn and had the very popular chocolate coin toss. The chocolate coin toss definitely showed how amazingly competitive and skillful our SFS students are. Thank you to the Lynbrook Residents Association for the donation of the Popcorn Machine and supplies.  Thank you to all of the families that donated a block or two – the variety made for a very appetising table!

As usual these sort of nights couldn’t run without the help of volunteers so a huge thank you goes out to the PNF committee that assisted. 

Thank you also to Kirei’s Dad, Bart, and Courtney’s Mum, Sam, for filling the gaps in the BBQ roster – it definitely made our night run smoothly.

50 cents - 1st Lunch 

All flavours are subject to availability on the day. 

Parent helpers will cut the tops off them 

for children to make it easier.

FUN LUNCH – TERM 4

We are proud to reveal this Terms fun Lunch……………Domino’s Pizza 

Friday 18th November – Fun Lunch 

(Don’t forget to get those forms back!)

The P&F are hosting a Pizza Fun Lunch on Friday 18th November. 

The cost is $1.50 per slice with a maximum of 3 slices per child available.

Pizza will be purchased from Domino’s and children have three options:

“Simply Cheese” Lots of mozzarella cheese on a tomato sauce base

“Ham and Cheese” Smoked leg ham & mozzarella on a tomato sauce base

“Pepperoni” Slices of crispy pepperoni & mozzarella on a tomato sauce base

Gluten free option available 

Just a friendly reminder with the fun lunch forms, can parents please ensure they are checking forms prior to being handed in. Making sure all details are completed correctly, First and Last names, Group and Learning Space. This helps to have the correct information we are collating the orders, Thank you for your understanding.

Forms went out with children on Thursday however extra forms are located at the office if your child was absent or a form was not received

Forms will be going home next week so keep an eye out. 

We have many options for the kids they are going to love this Fun Snack!!

SECOND HAND UNIFORM SHOP

We will be running a uniform shop on Friday 11th November 2022

8:30am till; 9:00am in the community room

Have any old summer uniform at home?

Why not donate them to the uniform shop?

We accept all donations summer and winter uniform, feel free to leave any donations at the office with Lorenza

All volunteers and helpers at SFS must have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

 These checks are very easy to apply for, and free for volunteers. 

We love having parent helpers with all our Parents and Friends events, the children love seeing their parents at school.
