NAIDOC Week
To celebrate the emerging identities and stories of First Nations peoples’ culture at Clayfield College, there will be a range of events and activities in Week 2. These include:
- Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
- Torres Strait Islander cooking
- Whole-of-school artwork
- Face painting
- NAIDOC whole-of-school Assembly where Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander students will share their identities and culture through dance, song and stories.
Pyjama Day Ashburn House Fundraiser
On Friday 21 July, Ashburn House will be raising funds for The Pyjama Foundation. Every hour in Australia, two vulnerable children find themselves entering the foster care system, seeking stability amidst their tumultuous lives. The Love of Learning Program empowers young people in foster care to develop literacy and numeracy skills. ALL students and staff, from Pre-Prep to Year 12, are encouraged to wear their pyjamas to school and bring a gold coin donation to support this vital service.

A friendly reminder to update your notifications and subscriptions to reflect your child/rens' year level and co-curricular activities for Term 3. You can manage your notifications and subscriptions to ensure you are only seeing what is relevant to your family. Please refer to the guide below.

Also, Primary School boys now have the option to wear navy knee high socks during Winter. These are currently available in store for your convenience.
