On Tuesday 1st August the acclaimed Australian Children's author, Jane Godwin will be visiting Kingswood to speak to all students about writing and reading. 

On Monday 7th is our SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR.  

Here are the opening hours:

BOOK FAIR OPENING TIMES

Monday 7/8                 3.30 – 4.30

Tuesday 8/8                 8.30 – 9.00

                                         3.30 – 4.30

Wednesday 9/8           8.30 – 9.00      

                                          3.30 – 5.30

Thursday 10/8              8.30 – 10.30

                                           3.30 – 4.30

Thank you to all the helpers who have volunteered to work on the Book Fair. We still need helpers on the Tuesday 3.30 to 4.30 and the Wednesday 3.30 to 5.30. If you can lend a hand, please contact me by email via Compass, or you can leave a message at the school office.

Then on Monday 21st to Friday 25th August, we will be celebrating Book Week.  There will be a Dress Up day on Tuesday 22nd August, where students and staff dress up as a Book Character. August is certainly going to be a busy month but a fun one too!
