The Five Ways in action-

  • CONNECT with the people around you. Friends, family, neighbours, community and sports groups.
  • KEEP LEARNING and try something new or discover an old interest.
  • BE ACTIVE. Go for walks, runs, bike rides. Get outside and play a game.
  • GIVE. Do something nice for someone else. 
  • TAKE NOTICE and be present in the moment.
