Junior and Senior Choir
Both our junior and senior choirs have already begun learning and practising some new songs! We are really excited about sharing our love of singing and performing for our school community this year.
Choir is all about having fun and meeting new friends whilst enjoying music together. Students are welcome to come and join in the fun!
Junior Choir (Year 1 & 2) meet every Friday at the beginning of recess.
Senior Choir (Year 3-6) meet every Tuesday and Friday at the beginning of lunch.

Sustainability Program - QOP
Queen of Peace is participating in the MobileMuster Schools Challenge. The Schools Challenge encourages teachers, students, families and our local community to recycle old and unwanted mobile phones and their accessories between March and the end of June 2022.
By participating you will help raise much needed funds to protect critically endangered primates. Every mobile phone recycled during the challenge will raise money for participating zoos and their conservation projects.
Each of the participating zoos have generously donated a range of fantastic prizes including family passes, special animal encounters and online classes and experiences.
Tell your friends and family to look through your cupboards and at the back of drawers and drop off at the office at Queen of Peace between March and June 2022.

Prep Enrolment 2023
A reminder that enrolment deadline is Friday 29th April. If you have a child ready to start Prep in 2023, please visit the Enrolments section of our website here to read important information and to place an expression of interest.
Please note that you do need to lodge an application for any younger siblings wishing to start next year.
Uniform Shop
Winter Uniform is usually worn in Terms 2 and 3. Please order online here in anticipation for the cold weather.
If the size you require is unavailable or you need a uniform exchange, please email Leanne at uniform@qopaltonameadows.catholic.edu.au.
Please be aware, uniforms are packed on Thursdays and delivered to your child's class.
Audit of Take Home Books
Dear Parents/Carers
We have been doing an audit of take-home books and discovered that we have over 300 books missing. We understand that over recent years we have been in and out of school. So we would greatly appreciate, if you could hunt around to see if you have any QoP books at home and kindly return them to the classroom teacher or office. Here is an example of a back cover (see attachment) Thanking you in advance.
