Providing the right advice and support to female students about their future career opportunities is essential, particularly when they are considering taking up a trade role and feeling anxious about working in a male-dominated workforce. Our Community Foundation will be hosting a virtual workshop on 22 June to equip you to work through perceived barriers in entering trades, being aware of the anxieties female students might feel, and providing help in overcoming these hesitations.
