Family Statements

Do I have any credit on my account?  How can I use it to pay for camp?

Family statements have been emailed out today.  

 

Note - If you have paid online for a camp in the last 2 days, it might not yet be showing up on your statement.  

 

3/4 and 5/6 Camp charges have gone onto accounts.  Families have the option of using their account credits (a negative - on your statement means a credit) towards these camps.  Please note that uniform credits cannot be used towards camps.

 

If you would like to use your credits towards an event in Compass this is how you do it:

 

Go to the event > Approve event by typing in your name>In Payment Methods > Select "Pay for this event via CSEF/Credit"

 

If you do not have sufficient credit to cover the entire amount you can still select that option and we will contact you to advise of the amount owing.  You can pay for the remining amount through Compass or via BPAY/Deposit /EFTPOS/cash.

 

If you would like to use your uniform credits towards some new uniform - order online here and select pay using credit on account.

Your account credits won't expire and will roll over to next year.  Later this term we will contact Year 6 families about the transfer of their credit options.

 

Account credits (excluding uniform/CSEF) can also be used towards 2022 parent payments.  These will be posted on Compass and we will send out more information regarding this.
