Principal's Update
In commemoration of Remembrance Day, today the SRC visited the Mount Beauty Cenotaph to lay a sheath, on behalf of our school community. While there was no official ceremony, their presence was appreciated and acknowledged by the RSL. The sheath was assembled from plants in the school garden and a minute’s silence was also held at school. We have also been enjoying the wonderful poppy displays throughout our School.
Tomorrow, parents and carers are invited to attend a music performance by our students in Years 3-6 at 2.30pm in the under-cover area. This performance will be a culmination of their music classes over the term and a key element of the music curriculum. A reminder that all visitors to the school grounds must comply with vaccination requirements, density limits, face mask requirements, QR code check-ins and practise respiratory etiquette and good hand hygiene.
Our raffle got off to a great start this week with over 2514 tickets sold so far. Motivated by the chance to win some great student and class prizes, competition between the classrooms has also been strong. See our fundraiser page to view our current class leaderboard.

All volunteers must have a current Working with Children Check and comply with the current COVID vaccination requirements. Please speak to your child’s teacher if you are able to assist. Today we enjoyed a wonderful class visit in 1/2A by Paddy's mum Marina with their new puppy.
