Parents Association Update:

Thank you again to all the helpers for this past weekends events. The kids disco was a success, followed by a joint partnership sausage sizzle and bake stall at Heathmont College. Thank you also to those who came out to the working bee on Sunday. Without you, we couldn't host these events.

Murder Mystery

The murder mystery has been postponed for various reasons. It will no longer be held on June 18th, and we are waiting to confirm the new date, hoping for Term 3 when it is a bit warmer, and we have more time and manpower to organise it. Watch this space.

Beanie Fundraiser

One of our fundraisers for Term 2 and Term 3 is MPS Beanies! We will be selling these for $20 each with profits going towards fundraising for improving the outdoor areas at the school.

Beanies can be purchased at the Welcome night or they can be purchased at the office.

Please note the beanies are not compulsory school uniform and are optional.

Term 3

We have lots of little events for the kids in the works, but nothing concrete and are hoping to get out the information before the end of term.

Events in the works are Movie Night, as well as Flip Out. We need parents help to organise these events, so please email marlborough.ps.pa@gmail.com if you can assist with the events.

We are always looking for new members to join the parents association. Without members we can not run events like the colour fun run, Mothers and Fathers Day Stall, disco or the murder mystery/trivia nights. Without events we can not raise the much needed funds, but also give the kids a great experience and memory, & bring the community together at our small school.

Food and Casserole Bank

💚 F O O D + C A S S E R O L E B A N K 💚

Our wonderful Food + Casserole Bank is in need of donations!

For those who are new to the school, our food + casserole bank functions to help out families in our community who are going through a difficult time such as family illness, additional stressors or for families who need some extra support on a regular basis.

We are in need of the following:

Meals for our casserole bank. If you are interested in helping out as a once off or on a regular basis to make meals that are able to be frozen please let me know and I’ll send you some more info!

Grocery items- this can be anything with a long shelf life. Cereals and snacks for lunchboxes or items that can be put together for an easy dinner are some of the most helpful items.

Self Care items- toiletry items, etc.

If you are interested in cooking a meal or going in to a roster to donate meals throughout the year, please contact me either via messenger or 0425 114 866

If you are interested in donating items, these can be handed in to the office.

If you know of a family or if you are a family who could benefit from our food bank please let myself or Christine Pillot know.
