Cross Country Results 2022

Thursday May 12th, Marlborough P. S. had House Cross Country. I would like to sincerely thank all the parents, teachers, teacher aids, office staff, students who so generously gave up their time to act as officials and supporters to make the whole event run smoothly and successfully. We could not have run this event so outstandingly without your help. It was so rewarding to see the whole school competitors running and trying their Personal Best. Also great to see some teachers and support staff who also put in 100 percent effort.  I believe all the children had a fantastic time and it was great to see all the smiles as they crossed the finish line and received a ribbon plus a Zooper Dooper! Congratulations to all competitors and to Jones as the winning house, followed by Ford, Kenny and Cawley.

A special thank you must go to Kate Flower who gave up her time to help put flyers in the surrounding houses letterboxes around the course on the Wednesday.  Also to Beck Trevillian for also volunteering her time to help set up the course on the day and stay on the table helping invaluably with Jane Barnes.

The District Cross Country was on the 25th May at Quambee Reserve at Park Orchards. Results next newsletter.

What a wonderful, exciting House Cross country we had. Thank you Marlborough Community.

Yours in fitness,

School Contributions for 2022

Using the forms sent home last you can choose to pay by Credit Card at the office, BPay (details on the form) or Direct into the bank account.  If you pay via BPay or Direct into bank please return the forms (both pages please showing all contributions that you may choose to pay) to the office or scan and email to marlborough.ps@education.vic.gov.au so we are able to reconcile your payment.  You can also pay via Compass.  You can find this in the Payment Centre on the home page.

Please note that you may see in the payment section at the bottom of the page that you have an unallocated funds credit.  This may be because you had a credit from a cancelled excursion or something similar.  If you would like to use this credit, then you need to process this first by removing the amounts prepopulated in the Curriculum Contributions box and just adding the amount of the credit and then clicking on the process button.  The curriculum contributions will then show the amount less the credit applied, and you can continue with your payment.  If you wish to donate the credit amount, then an alternative option is to process your payment first and then add the credit amount to one of the donation areas and processing this. If you require any assistance, please contact the office 9870 3468 or email marlborough.ps@education.vic.gov.au
